Priority will be given to families according to the list below until February 15 for registration for the following school year. After February 15 admission for the upcoming school year is on a first come first serve basis.

December 1 - January 15: Enrollment opens to current school families
January 15 - February 15: Enrollment opens to faculty and staff, Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church members, and other Diocese of Madison Church Members
February 15 - March 15: Enrollment opens to the general public
Waitlist A waitlist will be maintained for all grade levels that are at capacity. The waitlists will follow the same priority enrollment as outlined above. Waitlists will also be maintained for incoming 4K and Kindergarten (5K) classes up to two years in advance of enrollment eligibility.
Kindergarten Enrollment Age Requirements
4K students must be 4 years old by September 1
5K students must be 5 years old by September 1
Note: all new students are accepted on a probationary basis.
