LOOKING TO HIRE A PART-TIME PARISH OFFICE MANAGER

St. Francis Xavier Catholic Parish/Pastorate 19 is looking to hire a part-time Parish Office Manager. The Parish Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the administrative and clerical functions of our Parish/Pastorate. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to serving the needs of our Parish/Pastorate community and staff.
The ideal candidate is a faithful Catholic who loves Jesus and His Church, and is friendly, outgoing, and kind, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and a team player. This position will provide assistance with various aspects of Parish/Pastorate communications, accounting, data entry, and project work. The tasks and responsibilities will be varied, and a successful candidate will need to be highly organized and self-motivated in order to successfully prioritize projects and meet deadlines. The person in this role will also serve as one of the faces of our Parish/Pastorate, greeting and serving parishioners both in person and over the phone.
This position will be primarily located at St. Francis Xavier in Cross Plains and will be a job share position (with one other individual). It will require 2-3 days per week (Monday through Tuesday or Wednesday). The position will be paid hourly and includes various benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
DESIRED COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Publisher, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word). Ability to learn and master the Google platform for mail, calendars, etc. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software (accounting software, website tools, social media platforms, etc.)
